“Contentment in Everyday Life” invites us to explore the intersection of meditation practice and the way we experience our lives:

Contentment can be hard to find. Much of the time we search for contentment in things, achievements or relationships. With meditation practice, we relax with ourselves and appreciate simple human experiences. Difficult emotions and the challenges of life can be met with gentleness, mindfulness and inquisitiveness.”
During the course we’ll brush up (or perhaps learn for the first time) our meditation technique; take in excellent recorded talks and writings from senior Shambhala teachers; and practice contemplation as well as heartfelt communication with ourselves and our peers.

Schedule: Sunday afternoons from 2-4pm, August 19th and 26th, and September 9th, 16th, and 23rd.
Venue: Currently scheduled at 315 E. 10th St., Indianapolis, 46202.  This private downtown home has stairs both at the main entrance and to the class space.
Accessibility: We are committed to making this course accessible to all who are interested.  Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns about either physical, communication- related, or financial accessibility so we can make all welcome.
Registration: Please register no later than August 12th using the Register button below. Please include any questions or comments you have in the comments section of the  form and we will respond as soon as possible. You may pay online at that time, or bring cash or check to the first class.
