Heart of Recovery  Tuesdays 7-8pm on zoom

Heart of Recovery is an online meditation and discussion group that brings together Shambhala Buddhist meditation practices with our individual 12-step paths of recovery from compulsive and addictive behaviors. Each meeting consists of meditation, a topic in the form of a reading and sharing of personal experience. Contact Susan at [email protected].
